The key idea

A tool can help you look. The school does not determine legal eligibility.

Many people ask, Can I apply? This school cannot answer that for your life. The school cannot make a government decision. Here are the common rules in plain words. You are usually 18 or older. You usually have a green card. Many people wait 5 years. Some people married to a U.S. citizen wait 3 years. You must live in the United States in the way the law requires. You must show good moral character. You must show you support the Constitution. Most people must know some English and some civics. There are exceptions for some older people and some people with disabilities. Do not guess from a video. Use the official eligibility tool. If your life is not simple, talk to a licensed lawyer or an accredited representative.

This is general education, not legal advice. Honest Path School is independent of USCIS. We do not file applications, decide your citizenship status, or promise approval. Government forms are free at uscis.gov. Use current official instructions for your next step.
